Can I reschedule my cleaning?
Yes, we have a very flexible cancellation/rescheduling process. Please cancel or reschedule your booking before 5 pm the day before your cleaning to avoid a late cancellation fee. Otherwise, we’re happy to reschedule your time and date.
How is pricing determined?
We use a simple, flat-rate system for our pricing. The number of bedrooms in your place defines the price. If your place has 2 bedrooms but you only need one cleaned, you still need to book as a 2-bedroom place. We can skip one of the bedrooms if you’d like. This is because a 2-bedroom place’s common areas and kitchen are usually larger than a 1-bedroom place’s.

You may refer to our dedicated move-out cleaning service page. In short, a typical move-out should include cleaning of all surfaces, inside appliances and cupboards, interior windows, baseboards, and floors. Cleaners are unable to clean walls during a move-out due to potential damage to the paint.
How many hours the cleaning will take?
This depends on the speed of your assigned cleaner. Every cleaner, like every other worker, has a different style, and speed can vary as well. We can provide you with an estimate when you book your cleaning.
